+# 迁移追踪说明
+
+本目录只记录来源指纹、迁移状态和人工复核结果，不存放或打包公司插件内容。
+
+同步流程：
+
+1. 读取来源仓库当前提交与 Skill 文件哈希。
+2. 与 `source-lock.json` 比较，生成新增、修改、删除清单。
+3. 人工判断变化是否属于可公开迁移的通用能力。
+4. 在 CraftKit 中独立重写并完成验证。
+5. 更新来源指纹、目标路径、状态和复核日期。
+
+允许的状态：`pending`、`rewriting`、`migrated`、`excluded`、`review`。
